Affiliate program terms
These terms constitute the specific agreement governing participation, attribution, commissions and payouts under the Sellyox affiliate program.
1. Participation and activation
Enrollment is automatic after completing registration, confirming the email address and expressly accepting these terms. Participation in the affiliate program is independent from seller access to Sellyox, even where both services are linked to the same login email.
2. Attribution and self-referrals
Each customer is attributed to the first valid affiliate code associated with seller registration. Attribution cannot later be changed to generate retroactive commissions. An affiliate may not apply their own code to a seller account linked to the same email address or create self-referrals solely to earn commission.
3. Commission
The standard commission is 20% of net revenue actually collected from the customer, excluding VAT or other taxes, for up to 12 months from the first payment. Free periods, unpaid, refunded or disputed amounts do not generate commission.
4. Availability, payouts and tax details
Commissions remain pending for 30 days after collection. Sellyox will pay the available balance after that safety period, with no minimum payout amount. Affiliates must keep their tax, billing and payout details accurate and up to date so payouts can be properly documented and processed.
5. Responsible promotion
Affiliates may not make misleading claims, impersonate Sellyox, create confusion about any relationship with Amazon, or use spam, fraudulent traffic or acquisition practices that breach applicable law.
6. Suspension, termination and adjustments
Sellyox may prospectively suspend or terminate a collaboration in cases of fraud, breach, brand-damaging conduct, prolonged inactivity, no new referrals over a meaningful period, or commercial performance that does not justify keeping the collaboration active. Suspension or termination stops new attributions and commissions from its effective date. Valid commissions earned before that date remain payable unless reversed due to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, breach or manifest error.
7. Changes to the program
Sellyox may change or discontinue the program prospectively and update these terms. Changes apply going forward without affecting valid commissions previously earned, except for the adjustment cases described in these terms.
8. Acceptance and evidence of consent
Electronic acceptance of these terms constitutes contractual acceptance of the affiliate program. Sellyox may retain a record of the accepted version, date and time, email address, user identifier, technical data reasonably necessary to evidence consent, and subsequent email confirmation. Each new version requiring acceptance creates a separate record.
