2. Purpose

Sellyox is a technology application for organizing, synchronizing and analyzing Amazon seller activity through a web interface and authorized connections to external services.

3. Account and access

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and report unauthorized access. Amazon connections use the official OAuth flow and can be revoked from Seller Central.

4. Permitted use

• Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
• Do not access accounts or data without authorization.
• Do not compromise security, copy, resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the service without authorization.

5. Data and accuracy

Users are responsible for data they enter or connect. Amazon and other providers may report delayed, adjusted or incomplete information; users must review data before tax, accounting, legal or financial decisions.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service operational, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, API limits, third-party incidents or other technical circumstances.

7. No professional advice

Sellyox provides management, calculation and analysis tools and does not replace advice from qualified professionals where required.

8. Intellectual property and third parties

Proprietary software and content are protected. Sellyox may integrate with Amazon and other providers but is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated due to legal, technical or service changes. Spanish law applies and disputes will be resolved by competent authorities under applicable rules.
