Request deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing info@sellyox.com from the email linked to your account.
What happens next
We will verify the request and delete or anonymize the relevant information, except data that must be retained for legal, tax, security or claims-related obligations.
Disconnect Amazon
You can also revoke Sellyox authorization from Seller Central. Revocation prevents new synchronization but does not replace a deletion request for data already stored.
